The APM for NCR Teradata supports a variety of full backup options, incremental backup and user scripts.

Selectable Database Backup Operations

Backup only what is needed with the APM for NCR Teradata. With the navigation of an easy to use, point and click Teradata-specific user interface, administrators can select exactly what needs to be backed up or restored, including the data dictionary, individual group of clusters and after image journal tables.

Parallel Backup Support

Backups may be split into multiple jobs for parallel execution and automatic load balancing.

Checkpoint RestartsAbility to resume failed backup/restore jobs from the most recent checkpoint, rather than starting the job from the beginning.

Clustered Node Support
