The Sun StorEdge L8 tape autoloader supports either LTO Generation 2, or SDLT 320 LVD SCSI drives and can provide native capacity of 1.28 TB (SDLT 320) or 1.6 TB (LTO Gen 2) and native throughputs of 16 MB/sec. (SDLT 320) or 30 MB/sec. (LTO Gen 2) - all in a 2U form factor.
