Sun is announcing a new product addition to the Sun StorEdge 6000 family, the Sun StorEdge 6120 array. The Sun StorEdge 6120 array provides simple, reliable, predictable midrange storage for economical application deployment. These arrays come in two configurations; 1) the Sun StorEdge 6120 array, with a single controller 2) the Sun StorEdge 6120 array HA configuration, with dual controllers. Both configurations are available with all drive bays partially or fully populated with the drive bays partially populated, and are easily expanded with the addition of expansion trays.
