The Sun Netra 240 server meets the demanding requirements for deployment within telecommunications, service provider, defense/military, and network infrastructures. Reliable and rugged, the Netra 240 server is the carrier-grade server of choice for driving next-generation networks. The NEBS Level 3-certified (DC version only) Netra 240 server features up to two UltraSPARC IIIi processors, up to 8 GB of memory, two Ultra160 SCSI hot-swappable hard drives, redundant hot-swappable power supplies, and three PCI slots in a compact, rack-optimized 2U form factor.
