The Sun Blade 150 workstation is available from Sun iForce partner NexStor. NexStor offers the UKs most competitive prices for Sun Blade 150 systems and parts.

The Sun Blade 150 workstation offers higher performance and more capabilities than previous Sun workstations. The replacement for the Sun Blade 100, this 64-bit workstation comes with either a 550 MHz or 650 MHz UltraSPARC IIi CPU, up to 2 GB of RAM, and 2-D/3-D graphics options for multi-display support.

  • 64-bit architecture allows addressing larger amounts of memory and disk space for loading and viewing of larger, more complex datasets
  • On-board Sun PGX64 2-D graphics accelerator does not occupy valuable PCI slot, and up to two Sun XVR-500 graphics accelerators are supported to drive 3-D applications at up to HDTV resolutions with professional-quality, high-performance geometry acceleration and full texture mapping capabilities
  • Pre-installed Solaris 8 Operating Environment provides binary compatibility with previous versions of Solaris, and supports the entire Sun product line from workstations to high-end servers
  • With the optional SunPCi IIpro coprocessor card, you can run Microsoft Wndows applications at native speed as well as Solaris applications, getting the best of both worlds
The Sun Blade 150 is ideal for technical and business environments looking to balance performance and cost considerations.

NexStor can also supply used Sun Blade 150 systems and parts at fantastic prices. Please call for current pricing and availability.
